Identità New York 2010 brings its inaugural American event to Eataly NYC and celebrates authentic Italian food at its finest.
11 award-winning chefs, representing all parts of the Italian gastronomic scene, will showcase their signature dishes in a three-day cooking collaboration with Eataly NY.
The collaboration will culminate in an epic 11-course dinner prepared by 11 different chefs at Manzo Ristorante hosted by Mario Batali, Lidia Bastianich and Joe Bastianich.

From October 12th through October 14th, Eataly’s 11 visiting master chefs will serve their creations at all of Eataly’s restaurants, including Pesce, Pesce Crudo, Pasta, Corner delle Eccellenze,
Manzo, Verdure and Pasticceria.

Our 11 acclaimed visiting chefs offer up their signature dishes for dinner at Eataly’s restaurants.  “Today’s Special” takes on a whole new meaning when it’s made by Michelin-Starred Chefs.
 
Wednesday, October 13th

For lunch, sample the prized plates of Italy’s culinary masters.

Mario Batali and Lidia and Joe Bastianich will join you at Manzo Ristorante for a journey through 11 courses with 11 wine pairings. Tickets are $400 per person and include every course and
