If you don’t finish the food, you take a fine.
To do so, Mr. Fahad Al Aneziè, the owner of Marmar, restaurant in Damnar, Saudi Arabia.
He said that some client have “egos bigger than their stomachs”: they order food only to boast with themself or with friends. Besides, the restaurant boss is tiring of wasting food.
So, the Marmar enforces a new rule: who leaves food scraps pays a more expensive bill. To this day, no client complains.
