Atos Origin wins major outsourcing contract to deliver IT services to BNP Paribas

London /Paris, 9 January 2008 -Atos Origin, an international IT services company, today announced that it has signed a five-year contract worth
£50 million with BP²I, a joint venture with BNP Paribas and IBM, to
deliver IT services to the French Bank.

Under the contract, Atos Origin will manage the desktop services for investment banking business in the UK and for the retail banking business in France. Working with
BP²I and BNP Paribas, Atos Origin will deliver a bespoke, global solution that will transform the delivery of IT services at BNP
Paribas, to reduce costs, increase efficiencies and improve quality of service.
