Call for proposals for Community Health Programme

The European Commission has issued a call for applications within the framework of the Second Programme of Community Action in the field of Health (2008-2013).

The programme’s objectives are:
– to improve citizens’ health security and safety;
– to promote health to improve prosperity and solidarity;
– to generate and disseminate health knowledge.

The programme has a budget of ?321.5 million for the period 2008 to 2013.
