Promoting disability equality

The FSA has published an improved Disability Equality Scheme, this explains how we are going to build on our work to promote equality for disabled people and includes details about how
information provided by disabled people has been used to improve our initial Disability Equality Scheme, which was published in 2006.

It also includes an updated three-year action plan which shows the steps we will take as an employer and when fulfilling our functions as a Government department.

As a public authority, the FSA has a duty to promote equality for disabled people under the Disability Discrimination Act 2005.

Cydraddoldeb i Bobl Anabl – Mae’r ASB wedi gwella’i Chynllun Cydraddoldeb i Bobl Anabl. Mae’r fersiwn ddiwygiedig yn disgrifio sut yr ydym yn bwriadu gwneud mwy i hyrwyddo cydraddoldeb i
bobl anabl ac mae’n disgrifio’r modd y defnyddiwyd gwybodaeth a ddarparwyd gan bobl anabl i wella ein Cynllun Cydraddoldeb i Bobl Anabl, a gyhoeddwyd am y tro cyntaf yn 2006. Mae hefyd yn
cynnwys cynllun gweithredu tair blynedd diwygiedig sy’n disgrifio’r camau y byddwn yn eu cymryd fel cyflogwr, ac wrth arfer ein swyddogaethau fel un o adrannau’r Llywodraeth.

Gan fod yr ASB yn awdurdod cyhoeddus, mae dyletswydd arnom i hyrwyddo cydraddoldeb i bobl anabl o dan Ddeddf Gwahaniaethu ar sail Anabledd 2005.

Mae Cynllun Cydraddoldeb i Bobl Anabl yr ASB ar gael ar y ddolen isod. I gael y ddogfen hon mewn fformat arall – megis Braille, print bras neu fersiwn sain – mae croeso i chi gysylltu â
ni i drafod eich anghenion.
